Hoodstock VII – Saturday, September 11, 2010!

What began as a few friends having a live music party at Otterbein neighbor and UCP board member Russ Causey and his wife Jen’s home along with neighbors Larry and Gracie Musher has now become an annual fundraiser to benefit the programs and services of United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Central Maryland.  Last year’s event raised more than $18,600 with an estimated attendance of 185!

This event will once again feature live acoustic music in the spirit of Woodstock and late 60’s fashion with several wonderful singer songwriters, headlined by yours truly, 4andO. 

Acoustic rock fans attend Hoodstock in their best hippie garb, enjoy a great music festival of music, food, wine, and beer and make donations in support of UCP and all they do to advance the independence of children and adults with cerebral palsy and other disabilities.

The pool will not be available for swimming.

Time:  Doors open at 5:00 pm
          Opening act starts at 5:30 pm
          Headliner hits the stage at 7:30 pm
What’s Provided:  For a $25 donation to UCP online (click here), or $30 at the door you will get live acoustic music from the best era along with plenty of food, wine, beer, and sodas.
Dress:  Casual or your best hippie outfit (tie-dye, bell bottoms, and your peace necklace.)
Donation:  Hoodstock producers ask that all attendees over age 12 make a minimum $25 donation online to UCP.  Raffle tickets and t-shirts ($20 each) will also be available for purchase.
